Piramal Pharma Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company crossed the US$ 1 billion revenue milestone in FY2025 with steady growth, reporting ₹9,151 Crore in consolidated revenue—up 12% year-on-year—and an EBITDA margin improvement to 17%. Net profit surged to ₹91 Crore, compared to ₹18 Crore last year. The CDMO business grew 15%, driven by innovation-related work and on-patent molecule manufacturing, now contributing 54% of CDMO revenue. Complex Hospital Generics (CHG) saw 8% growth, maintaining leadership in Sevoflurane and Baclofen in the US, while Consumer Healthcare (PCH) reported 11% growth backed by strong power brand and e-commerce performance. Net debt to EBITDA fell notably from 5.6x to 2.7x. The company is advancing sustainability with a Science-Based Targets initiative approved decarbonisation plan targeting 42% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions by FY2030, integrating renewable energy and biomass fuel conversions. Quality and compliance remain strong with zero OAI since 2012, 36 successful regulatory inspections, and over 160 customer audits completed. Key board changes include the resignation of Mr. Neeraj Bharadwaj and appointment of Mr. Amit Jain as Non-Executive Director. Suresh Surana & Associates LLP is recommended as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.14 per share subject to shareholder approval.
