The company continues to strengthen its global footprint with well-established brands like Thomas Crick and Off The Hook, expanding presence on leading e-commerce platforms across the UK, Europe, and the US. It has integrated manufacturing facilities, a strong focus on sustainability—including solar power and efficient water usage—and ongoing investments in operational and technological advancements. The board has approved a revised remuneration for Whole-time Director Mr. Nirmal Sahijwani and is proposing an ESOS scheme to incentivize employees and directors while consolidating operations following the amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiaries. No dividend was declared, and corporate governance practices remained robust with no reported fraud or significant compliance issues.
