Banswara Syntex has announced a board meeting on to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 49th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2024-25, declare a final dividend of ₹1.00 per share (20%), and reappoint Joint Managing Director Mr. Shaleen Toshniwal. Shareholders will vote on ratifying remuneration of ₹2.6 lakh payable to Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26 and appointing M/s Mihen Halani & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Remote e-voting facility will be provided to all shareholders.
