KPI Green Energy Limited — Updates, 02-07-2025: Incorporation

KPI Green Energy has announced the incorporation of a new Special Purpose Vehicle, KPIN Clean Power Three LLP, with an initial capital contribution of Rs. 1 lakh, primarily funded by the company and its wholly owned subsidiary. The SPV will focus on generating and distributing renewable energy through wind, solar, and other sources. Although it has yet to begin operations, this move strengthens KPI Green Energy’s renewable portfolio and supports its growth in clean energy projects.
