New Markets Advisory Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved a preferential issue of 9 million 0% convertible equity warrants to non-promoter investors. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share at face value ₹10, with 25% payment upfront and the balance on conversion. The company has not yet finalized appointment of a new Independent Director. The Board also approved the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the Notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held at the company’s registered office.
