Lodha Developers Limited has announced a board meeting on August 29, 2025, through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means to discuss business items as per the meeting notice. Electronic copies of the AGM notice and integrated report for the financial year 2024-25 will be sent to members with registered email addresses and are also available on the company's and stock exchanges’ websites. Members holding shares in physical form are encouraged to update their email and bank details with the Registrar to enable receipt of dividends and voting information. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval, payable to members recorded as of August 22, 2025. Tax will be deducted at source on dividends as per applicable laws, with documentation requirements communicated separately. Voting on AGM resolutions can be done remotely via e-voting systems.
