Shares were allotted to promoters and non-promoters, including Essix Biosciences (11 lakh shares), HCP Investments (30.15 lakh), and Zeal Global Opportunities Fund (24.68 lakh). This increased the paid-up equity capital to ₹67.20 crore across 6.72 crore shares. This equity infusion strengthens the company’s capital structure.
