GHCL Textiles Limited — Important, 02-07-2025: Commencement of commercial production/operations

GHCL Textiles has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has commenced commercial production at its new fully automated "Meenakshi" section in the Paravai unit, Tamil Nadu, adding 25,536 ring spindles to its existing 1,99,440 spindles, taking total capacity to 2,24,976 spindles with 99% utilization. The expansion involved a Rs. 215 Cr investment funded through internal accruals, aimed at boosting capacity and supporting business growth.
