Mr. Surendra Sai Nallamalli has been appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director for five years, bringing 34 years of experience in technology and business management. Mr. Pramod Narayan Karlekar joins as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, with extensive leadership experience in the chemical and agrochemical industries. Mr. Balavenkatarama Prasad Suryadevara and Mr. Shuvendu Kumar Satpathy resigned due to health and personal reasons respectively. Following these changes, several board committees including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Risk Management have been reconstituted with updated members.
