Mphasis has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and called its 34th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conference. The company will provide remote e-voting for shareholders and has set the record date for dividend entitlement. The final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, will be paid on or before 23 August 2025. Shareholders holding shares in physical and demat form are requested to register their e-mail IDs for participation and voting. The Annual Report has been dispatched electronically to members.
