Nestle India Limited — Important, 02-07-2025: Capacity addition

Nestlé India has announced a capacity expansion at its Sanand Factory, Gujarat, adding 20,300 tons per annum to the existing 1,00,700 tons. The ₹105 Cr investment, funded through internal accruals, aims to boost production to meet growing demand. The new Maggi Noodles line will be operational within FY 2025-26, enhancing overall capacity utilization currently at 77%. This expansion is part of Nestlé’s ongoing capital expenditure plan for 2020-2025 focused on greenfield and brownfield projects.
