Hilltone Software and Gases Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the appointment of M/s. Ashvin K. Yagnik & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditor to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of M/s. K.C. Parikh & Associates. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and will last until the next annual general meeting. The new auditor, based in Gujarat, has five FCA partners and specializes in assurance services. The outgoing auditor did not raise any concerns regarding their resignation.
