Sharat Industries Ltd — Updates, 02-07-2025: Company Update

Sharat Industries has announced a board meeting and issued a second and final reminder-cum-forfeiture notice for payment of the first and final call money of ₹23.25 per partly paid-up Rights Equity Share (₹7.50 face value + ₹15.75 premium) on 4,30,783 partly paid-up shares. Shareholders must pay within a 10-day window to avoid forfeiture of their shares. Partial payments are not accepted except for proportionate share conversion. Payments via cheque/demand draft should be sent to the company’s registrar in Chennai. Non-payment will lead to forfeiture, impacting shareholders’ holdings and entitlements. The company suspended trading of partly paid shares until conversion to fully paid shares is completed.
