GTL Limited — Important, 02-07-2025: Updates

GTL has settled all dues with Canara Bank under the one-time settlement (OTS) scheme and obtained a no dues certificate, leading to withdrawal of all related legal proceedings against the company. Efforts continue to finalize OTS with remaining lenders and resolve arbitration disputes, which should reduce financial and legal overhangs and improve the balance sheet health.
