Aurobindo Pharma Limited — JV/Acquisition, 02-07-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned step-down subsidiary Pharmacin B.V. has merged into its holding company Agile Pharma B.V., both based in the Netherlands. Pharmacin’s turnover was Rs. 197.9 million and Agile’s Rs. 66.4 million for the year ended March 2025. The merger aims to strengthen Agile by giving it direct business operations and employees, while reducing regulatory and compliance costs. This consolidation will not affect Aurobindo’s shareholding or consolidated financials, with no cash or share swap involved.
