PNB Housing Finance Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 02-07-2025: Record Date

PNB Housing Finance has announced a board meeting on August 21, 2025, for its 37th Annual General Meeting. August 1, 2025, is fixed as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for the FY 2024-25 dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The Board has also proposed issuing Non-Convertible Debentures up to INR 10,000 Cr on a private placement basis, pending shareholder nod. Additionally, Vinod Kothari & Company has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26.
