His first appointment was as an Additional Director, but due to timing constraints around the Annual General Meeting, formal re-appointment was required to ensure continuity. Mr. Shah brings over 32 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, having served as Country Head-India and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley India. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree and a Master’s in Finance.
