Pfizer Limited has announced a change in senior management personnel. Ms. Shilpi Singh, Director – People Experience, will resign to pursue opportunities outside the company, effective August 14, 2025. Ms. Reshma Parida has been appointed as Senior Director – People Experience, effective August 1, 2025. With nearly 30 years in HR, Ms. Parida brings extensive expertise in business partnership, transformation, talent management, and leadership coaching. She has been with Pfizer for five years in various leadership roles across APAC, AfME, and global operations, and previously held senior HR positions at Teva, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Mylan.
