UNO Minda Limited — Important, 02-07-2025: Updates

Uno Minda has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary UnoMinda EV Systems Pvt Ltd, has completed the acquisition of e-drive business assets, IP rights, know-how, and R&D team in Germany from Friwo Group. The acquisition of similar assets in Vietnam is underway and expected to complete soon. This strengthens Uno Minda’s EV technology portfolio and enhances its global footprint in e-drive systems.
