Ambey Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve a preferential issuance of up to 1.09 Cr fully convertible warrants at ₹46 each, targeting promoters and non-promoter investors to raise INR 50 Cr. The funds will be used for land, building, plant & machinery acquisitions and general corporate purposes over 18-24 months. Authorized share capital will be increased from ₹25 Cr to ₹37 Cr to accommodate this. Post-issue shareholding will see promoters’ stake dilute to 64%, with non-promoters holding 36%. Warrants are convertible within 18 months, with 25% upfront payment and balance on conversion.
