MRF Limited has announced a board meeting on 7th August 2025 to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The record date for final dividend payment, subject to declaration at the AGM, is fixed as 18th July 2025. The final dividend will be paid on or after 18th August 2025. Shareholders holding equity shares by the record date will be eligible for the dividend payout.
