Magson Retail and Distribution has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 19.25 lakh equity shares at ₹93.25 each, converted from warrants. Shares were allotted to promoters (9.25 lakh) and a non-promoter (10 lakh), raising ₹13.46 Cr through the balance 75% payment on warrants. Post allotment, paid-up equity capital increased to 97.75 lakh shares from 78.5 lakh. Remaining 86.75 lakh warrants are still convertible within 18 months, potentially leading to further capital infusion.
