Jay Bharat Maruti Limited has announced the completion of dispatch of reminder letters to shareholders for claiming unpaid/unclaimed dividends related to FY 2017-18. Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) are advised to apply for the claim before the specified deadline to avoid transfer of shares to IEPF. Post-transfer, all future benefits on such shares will accrue to the IEPF. The company has also uploaded details of such shareholders on its website for verification and requested shareholders to update their KYC and dematerialize physical shares to avoid transfer.
