Aegis Logistics Limited — Important, 03-07-2025: Updates

Aegis Logistics has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has commissioned an LPG cryogenic terminal at Pipavav with a storage capacity of 48,000 MT. This terminal, developed for its associate Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited, will be transferred to the associate subsequently. This expansion strengthens Aegis Logistics’ asset base in LPG storage and terminalling, potentially supporting future revenue growth from infrastructure services.
