Menon Pistons Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has scheduled its 48th Annual General Meeting to be held through video conferencing. Remuneration payments to Executive Directors Sachin Menon and Devika Menon during Aug 2024–Mar 2025 were Rs. 14.07 Lakhs and Rs. 8 Lakhs respectively, paid within approved limits. Mr. Ravindra Prasad Purohit has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.
