SRF Limited held its 54th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing, where shareholders approved the adoption of the standalone and consolidated financial results for 2024-25. Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram was re-elected as director and re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director. The company appointed M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and ratified the remuneration of Cost Auditors for 2025-26. Approval was also received for a private placement of redeemable non-convertible debentures. Voting was conducted electronically, ensuring broad shareholder participation.
