Mahindra Holidays’ wholly owned subsidiary, Holiday Club Resorts Oy, has acquired 100% of Keskinäinen Kiinteistö Oy Salla Star (KKOSS), a Finnish real estate company owning land and a building in Salla, Finland, for Rs. 2.35 Cr. KKOSS has been leasing the premises to Holiday Club under a 2012 agreement, and this acquisition secures full control over the property. The deal strengthens Mahindra’s foothold in the European leisure real estate market, ensuring greater operational control and potential cost efficiencies in its Finland operations.
