SRF Limited has announced a board meeting to reappoint Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram as Chairman & Managing Director for a term from May 23, 2025, to March 31, 2030. Mr. Ram has led the company since January 2007 and brings over 30 years of senior management experience, including roles in international subsidiaries. He holds an Economics degree from Delhi University and an MBA from Cornell University. His leadership continuity is expected to support SRF’s strategic direction. Mr. Ram is also on the boards of KAMA Holdings, Havells India, and Bharat Forge, and is related to two other key company executives.
