Surana Solar Limited — Board Meeting, 03-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Surana Solar has announced a board meeting on which it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹6.26 lakh for the year, compared to a profit of ₹16.24 lakh in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations stood at ₹38.80 Cr for the year. The board also approved disinvestment in the equity shares of its subsidiary, Surana Technologies Private Limited, effective May 22, 2025, following loss of control. The audited results came with a clean opinion from auditors. The company ended the year with a healthy cash balance of ₹88.03 lakh.
