Bedmutha Industries Limited — Pledging, 01-07-2025: Pledge/Unpledge

Promoters of Bedmutha Industries — Kachardas Ratanchand Bedmutha, Vijay Kachardas Vedmutha, and Ajay Kachardas Vedmutha — have transferred pledged shares from IL&FS Securities Services Limited to new demat accounts with HDFC Bank due to closure of IL&FS operations. Punjab National Bank, the pledgee, released the pledge on the old accounts conditionally in February 2025; the shares were re-pledged effective June 23, 2025. This is a procedural change with no new pledge creation. Other promoters and promoter groups' pledged shareholdings remain unchanged.
