Mahindra Holidays & Resorts has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts' wholly owned subsidiary, Holiday Club Resorts Oy (Finland), has acquired 100% stake in Keskinäinen Kiinteistö Oy Salla Star (KKOSS) for Rs. 2.35 Cr. KKOSS is a Finnish mutual real estate company owning and managing a property in Salla, Finland, where HCR has been leasing premises since 2012. This acquisition secures the land and building control, supporting Mahindra Holidays’ footprint in the European vacation ownership and resort business, enhancing asset ownership and long-term operational control.
