Surana Solar Limited — Important, 03-07-2025: General Updates

Surana Solar has ceased to control Surana Technologies Pvt Ltd (STPL) following the sale of its entire stake to Baidyanath Power Pvt Ltd for ₹4.15 Cr. STPL, involved in a 54 MW solar project under Maharashtra’s PM-KUSUM scheme, contributed no revenue or net worth to Surana Solar. Baidyanath Power now holds the majority on STPL’s board, making STPL a non-subsidiary. This strategic exit unlocks capital and narrows Surana Solar’s focus away from its past solar development subsidiary.
