Omaxe Limited has announced a board meeting to seek shareholders’ approval via postal ballot and remote e-voting on the regularization of appointments of Mr. Satbir Singh and Mr. Gurnam Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors for three-year terms. Mr. Satbir Singh brings over 35 years of experience in finance and management with IFCI Ltd., including significant exposure to stressed asset recovery and corporate strategy. Mr. Gurnam Singh has over 35 years of banking experience with the State Bank Group and has previously served as an Independent Director at Omaxe. Both appointments aim to strengthen the company’s board independence and governance. Voting will be conducted electronically.
