Artefact Projects Ltd — Updates, 03-07-2025: Company Update

Artefact Projects Ltd. has announced a board meeting and confirmed receipt of a Letter of Award for Independent Engineer services during the Operation and Maintenance period of two NH-53 sections totaling about 116 km, under NHDP projects on a BOT basis. The contract, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India in association with Manglam Infra & Engineering, spans 60 months with a fee of Rs. 4.38 Cr (ex-GST). This contract enhances Artefact’s project portfolio in infrastructure consulting and supports steady revenue from government infrastructure projects.
