Godrej Agrovet has announced a revised Record Date of July 31, 2025, for final dividend payment for FY25. The final dividend will be paid on or before August 11, 2025, subject to approval at the 34th AGM on August 6, 2025. Shareholders holding shares on the revised Record Date will be eligible for the dividend payout.
