NMDC has announced a board meeting and designated Smt. G. Anupama, currently Chief General Manager (Finance), as the Whole Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following the retirement of the previous CFO, Shri K. Venkateswarlu. She will serve in this role until a new Whole Time Director (Finance) assumes charge or until further notice. With nearly 30 years of experience in mining and metals finance, Anupama brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and strategic financial management, having played significant roles in NMDC’s key projects and financial restructuring efforts. This appointment ensures continuity in the company’s financial leadership.
