Enser Communications Ltd. has announced a board meeting on strategic developments following the full integration of Growintelli Technologies, now a wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition accelerates Enser’s shift from BPM services to a full-scale IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions provider. Growintelli contributed ₹4.32 Cr revenue in FY24-25, with expectations to more than double this year, driven by demand for scalable infrastructure, cybersecurity, and expanded geographic reach. Enser has also set up a dedicated operational hub in Jaipur and secured key clients, strengthening its position in secure enterprise technology solutions.
