Unichem Laboratories has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Shareholders’ approval is sought for continuing material related party transactions with its holding company, Ipca Laboratories, and wholly owned subsidiary, Unichem USA, with aggregate limits set at ₹500 Cr, ₹300 Cr, and ₹1,600 Cr respectively for FY 2026. These transactions involve purchase, sale, contract manufacturing, loans, and services on arm’s length terms, aimed at operational synergies and expanding Unichem USA’s product portfolio in the U.S. market. Additionally, the appointment of Secretarial Auditors and ratification of Cost Auditors’ remuneration is proposed.
