Its wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil is acquiring SEMCO Tecnologia em Processos Ltda. for USD 18.5 million (~INR 158 Cr) on a cash and debt-free basis. SEMCO, with 40+ years in industrial mixing technology, strengthens GMM’s mixing platform and expands its footprint in Brazil’s mining sector and broader South American markets. The acquisition leverages SEMCO’s R&D capabilities and complements GMM’s global presence and technology portfolio.
