Lloyds Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting in which it approved acquiring a 50% stake in Prakar Estates And Promoters LLP for Rs. 140 Cr. The LLP focuses on mining, specializing in gold exploration, extraction, and related geological services, with no revenue reported yet. This move gives Lloyds strategic exposure to Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd, a rare gold mining developer, through the LLP, which holds a 63.17% stake in Geomysore. Lloyds will appoint one designated partner and gain rights to restrict capital structure changes in the LLP.
