The company is acquiring a 31.58% indirect stake in Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd through a ₹140 Cr investment in Prakar Estate and Promoter LLP, which holds 63.17% in Geomysore. Geomysore operates the Jonnagiri Gold Mine in Andhra Pradesh, nearing commercial production with a capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day and a JORC-certified gold resource of ~13.1 tonnes, with upside potential to 42.5 tonnes. Peak revenue is expected around ₹950 Cr with EBITDA of ₹700 Cr, benefiting from domestic cost advantages and operating synergies.
