Ganesh Infraworld has announced a board meeting approving a new joint venture, Ganesh Netsoft JV Networks, formed with Netsoft Integrator in a 70:30 ratio. The JV will focus on supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of IP-MPLS technology for unified communication and VOIP-based train control systems across key divisions of South Eastern Railway. This move targets a railway tender worth Rs. 58.79 Cr. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of M/s Umesh Kumar Pandey & Associates as cost auditors for FY26, strengthening financial oversight ahead.
