Solex Energy Limited — Updates, 04-07-2025: Incorporation

Solex Energy Limited has announced a board meeting on the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solex New Energy Private Limited, focused on solar energy power generation. The subsidiary, incorporated in Surat with an authorised and subscribed capital of Rs 10 lakh, will engage in manufacturing Solar PV Modules and EPC services. Solex Energy holds 100% ownership, aligning with its core renewable energy business, and the incorporation is a strategic step to expand its footprint in the solar energy sector. The subsidiary is newly formed and yet to begin operations.
