Sakthi Finance has announced a board meeting outcome approving the appointment of Sri K V Ramachandran as an Independent Director (Additional) for a five-year term, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to member approval via postal ballot. Ramachandran brings over 30 years of experience in industrial and business management, currently serving as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of E L Forge Limited and two other listed companies. He holds a Science degree from Madras University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. He is not related to any existing directors.
