IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Important, 04-07-2025: Updates

IRB Infrastructure has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. IRB InvIT Fund unitholders approved acquiring 100% equity of three DBFOT road project SPVs from IRB Infrastructure Trust for an enterprise value of ₹8,436 crore. This acquisition will add about ₹3,100 crore to the Sponsor’s O&M order book, increasing it to roughly ₹33,600 crore. The deal expands IRB’s portfolio by ~1,800 lane km across Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, boosting the InvIT’s asset base to over ₹16,000 crore and extending the portfolio life from 14 to 17 years.
