Starlog Enterprises has announced a board meeting on which accepted the resignation of Ms. Gunjan Sanghavi from the role of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to personal reasons. Ms. Bhoomi Momaya, previously Deputy Company Secretary with over eight years’ experience in secretarial and compliance functions, has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The board also approved an updated list of key managerial personnel authorized to determine and disclose material events, enhancing transparency and compliance. This leadership change aims to ensure continuity in corporate governance and regulatory adherence.
