Jaiprakash Associates’ wholly owned subsidiary, Himalyan Expressway Ltd (HEL), has transferred its concession rights and obligations for the Zirakpur-Parwanoo highway BOT project to Cloudneo Highways Pvt Ltd. HEL reported continued losses from the project, which contributed ₹62.7 million (1.02%) to consolidated turnover and accounted for a negative net worth impact of ₹471.08 million (4.41%) in FY25. This move divests HEL from operational risks and ongoing losses linked to the highway concession.
