Vilin Bio Med has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Ms. Prasanna Lakshmi Venna as Whole-Time Director for five years. She brings over five years’ experience in strategic planning, finance, and business development. Mr. Viswa Prasad Sadhanala was also appointed as a Non-Executive Director, with 20+ years in general administration. Additionally, M/s Moganti Sundeep and Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming meeting.
