DCM Nouvelle has announced a board meeting on July 4, 2025. Mr. Nitish Nautiyal resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 4, 2025. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved his resignation and appointed Mr. Shekher Kapoor as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from the same date. Kapoor is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over three years of experience in secretarial and compliance functions. This change ensures continuity in the company’s compliance leadership.
