PVR INOX Limited — Important, 04-07-2025: Updates

PVR INOX has urged shareholders to update their email IDs via Depository Participants or the Registrar (Kfintech) to enable receipt of the AGM notice and Annual Report electronically. Physical shareholders are also reminded to complete KYC and are encouraged to dematerialize their shares, as physical transfer requests are no longer accepted. This initiative aims to improve communication efficiency and support environmental sustainability.
